  • This year’s focus is on entrepreneurship. Students will be able to attend virtual workshops to see multiple panels on starting a food business, maintaining a food business and also see how our history is tied into our food through local chef’s demonstrations. Our keynote speaker is trailblazer Nicole Ponseca, who grew up in San Diego, left her successful ad executive position to pursue her passion of bringing Filipino food to the mainstream. Students who upload a parent signed permission slip will have their attendance excused for attending this event.
