Our 7^th grade students will take the California Healthy Kids Survey next week.  This anonymous survey will be administered to students during World Cultures class on Wednesday/Thursday.  Attached is the opt out form if you do not wish for your student to take the survey then please fill out the form and return it with your student on Tuesday, May 28th.  For more information on the contents of the survey, please visit:  https://equity.sweetwaterschools.org/culture-and-climate/
