ALL 2025-2026 New Enrollments are by Appointment ONLY. Please contact our main office (619) 498-6800 to schedule an appointment.
The following documents will be required at the time of enrollment:
o Completed SUHSD forms, Affidavit Verification of Residency Download Affidavit Form here: Affidavit Verification of Residency (English) Affidavit Verification of Residency (Spanish)
o Student Immunization Record
o Current Proof of Address with your name and address stated

o Must complete Online Registration via Infinite Campus Parent Portal
o Most recent report card/transcript from previous school
*District policy states, ALL required documentation for residency/enrollment must be submitted to the school registrar in or order for your student to be eligible for classes. Failure to complete online registration and submit all of the required documentation will result in delay of enrollment and classes being assigned.

You must have ALL required documents to complete the registration process:
- Completed Blue Affidavit Form
- Current Proof of Residency with YOUR name and address stated.
- Student Immunization Record
- Complete Online Registration
Necesitaran traer y presentar los siguientes documentos para terminar el proceso de inscripción.
- Formulario AZUL (Declaración de Residencia).
- Comprobante de residencia con su nombre y domicilio
- Tarjeta de Vacunacion de su estudiante
- Completar la inscripción en linea
